1. 基本方針1. Our Approach

Mandalize は、日々の行動や気づきを端末内で記録し、その積み重なりを見返すためのローカルファーストなアプリです。イベント・ミッション・日々の記録・設定など、アプリ内で生まれるデータはお使いの端末内に保存されます。

Mandalize is a local-first app for recording daily actions and reflections on your device. Events, missions, daily logs, and settings are stored on your device.

便利さのために、個人の記録を気づかないうちに外部へ送る設計にはしません。

Mandalize is not designed to silently send personal records outside the app for convenience.

2. 端末内に保存される情報2. Data Stored on Your Device

• 通知設定・表示設定・言語設定などのアプリ設定
• 任意で設定した誕生月・誕生日・誕生年
• アプリ内で使う表示補助やキャッシュ
• 相談用テキストの下書きや補助的な提案

• Events, missions, and daily logs
• Optional notes and tags
• App settings including notifications, display, and language preferences
• Optional birth month, birth day, and birth year settings
• Display helper data and local cache used by the app
• Draft consultation text and helper suggestions

アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内に保存されたアプリデータは端末から削除されます。ただし、ユーザー自身が書き出して端末外や他のアプリに保存したバックアップファイルは、その保存先に残る場合があります。

Uninstalling the app removes app data stored on your device. However, backup files that you exported and saved outside the app or in another app may remain in that destination.

3. 相談用テキストとLLM/AI補助3. Consultation Text and LLM/AI Assistance

Mandalize には、イベントやミッションについて誰かに相談したり、AI、SNS、チャットツール、メモなどへ貼り付けたりしやすい相談用テキストを作る補助機能があります。

Mandalize may help prepare consultation text that you can use when asking someone for advice or pasting into an AI tool, social platform, chat tool, or notes app.

• 相談用テキストは、アプリ内で作成される下書きです。
• 作成された内容は、ユーザーが確認してからコピー・共有できます。
• 相談先はユーザー自身が選びます。
• 相談用テキストそのものを、日々の記録の真実データとして扱いません。
• LLM/AIが作る文面や提案は補助的な下書きであり、記録の真実を決めるものではありません。

• Consultation text is a draft prepared inside the app.
• You can review it before copying or sharing it.
• You choose where to use it.
• The generated consultation text itself is not treated as the truth of your daily records.
• Text or suggestions produced with LLM/AI assistance are drafts, not the source of truth for your records.

4. 外部AI・外部サービスへの送信境界4. Boundary for External AI and Services

現在の基本設計では、Mandalize が既定で外部AI APIへ日々の記録を直接送信することはありません。外部のAI、SNS、チャットツール、メモアプリ、その他サービスへ情報が渡るのは、ユーザーが明示的にコピー・共有・貼り付けなどの操作を行った場合です。

In the current default design, Mandalize does not directly send your daily records to an external AI API. Information is passed to an external AI tool, social platform, chat tool, notes app, or other service only when you explicitly copy, share, paste, or otherwise take that action.

• 外部へ渡す前に、内容を確認できる形にします。
• コピー・共有・貼り付けはユーザー操作です。
• キャンセルできる境界を保ちます。
• 生の記録全文、自由メモ、振り返り本文を既定でまとめて外部へ渡しません。
• 将来、外部AI APIへ直接送信する機能を追加する場合は、別の明示的な設定・説明・確認を設けます。

• You can review content before it leaves the app.
• Copying, sharing, and pasting are user actions.
• The handoff remains cancelable.
• Raw full records, free notes, and reflection text are not bundled for external services by default.
• If direct external AI API submission is added in the future, it will require a separate explicit setting, explanation, and confirmation.

5. 端末内AI・ローカル補助5. On-device AI and Local Assistance

端末内AIやローカルLLMが利用できる場合、文章作成や見返しの補助に使うことがあります。その場合も、生成された文章は提案・下書きであり、DailyLogやEventの内容を勝手に書き換えたり、真実として保存したりするものではありません。

When on-device AI or a local LLM is available, it may be used to assist wording or reflection. Even then, generated text is a suggestion or draft; it does not automatically rewrite or save DailyLog or Event content as truth.

HTTP endpoint、ホスト、URL、IPアドレスなどの設定を必要とする外部補助を将来使う場合は、通常の端末内AIとは区別し、明示的な外部補助として扱います。

If a future helper requires an HTTP endpoint, host, URL, or IP address, it will be treated separately from ordinary on-device AI as an explicit external helper.

6. バックアップの作成・読み込み6. Backup Export and Import

Mandalize のバックアップ機能を使う場合、イベント、ミッション、日々の記録、カスタムLens、通知設定、誕生日設定、その他のアプリ設定を含むバックアップファイルを作成できます。

When you use Mandalize backup, the exported backup file may include Events, Missions, daily logs, custom Lens data, notification settings, birthday settings, and other app settings.

• バックアップファイルは、ユーザーが入力したパスフレーズで暗号化されます。
• 作成・保存・共有はユーザーの明示的な操作で行われます。
• Mandalize がバックアップファイルを自動的に外部へアップロードすることはありません。
• バックアップの読み込みでは、置き換えまたは統合をユーザーが選びます。
• 端末外、クラウドストレージ、他のアプリなどに保存したバックアップファイルは、アプリをアンインストールしても保存先に残る場合があります。

• Backup files are encrypted using a passphrase entered by you.
• Creating, saving, and sharing a backup happens through your explicit action.
• Mandalize does not automatically upload backup files outside the app.
• When importing a backup, you choose whether to replace or merge data.
• Backup files saved outside the device, in cloud storage, or in another app may remain there even after uninstalling Mandalize.

7. 誕生日設定と通知7. Birthday Settings and Notifications

誕生月・誕生日・誕生年の設定は任意です。設定した場合、誕生日Eventの作成補助などのために、ユーザーが入力した範囲の情報を端末内に保存します。

Birth month, birth day, and birth year settings are optional. If you set them, Mandalize stores only the information you entered on your device to help with features such as birthday Event creation.

通知機能を有効にした場合、通知の有効状態や通知時刻は端末内に保存され、端末上で通知がスケジュールされます。通知のために、日々の記録本文、自由メモ、イベントの目的などを外部へ送信することはありません。

If you enable notifications, notification status and notification times are stored on your device and scheduled locally. Daily record text, free notes, Event purposes, and similar content are not sent outside the app for notifications.

8. 外部検索・アイテム機能8. External Search and Item Features

アイテム検索などの外部検索機能を使う場合、検索先にはユーザーが選んだ検索語やカテゴリなど、必要最小限の情報だけを渡します。日々の記録本文、自由メモ、チャット本文、詳細な分析結果を広告や検索のために自動送信しません。

When using external search features such as item search, only the minimum necessary information, such as selected keywords or categories, is passed to the destination. Daily record text, free notes, chat text, and detailed analysis results are not automatically sent for advertising or search.

9. 公式サイトのアクセス解析9. Website Analytics

Mandalize 公式サイトでは、ページの閲覧状況を把握し、サイト改善に役立てるために Google Analytics を利用します。これは公式サイトの閲覧状況を対象とするもので、アプリ内のイベント、ミッション、日々の記録、メモ、相談用テキストの内容を自動送信するものではありません。

The Mandalize website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and improve the website. This applies to website browsing and does not automatically send in-app Events, Missions, daily records, notes, or consultation text.

10. アプリ内解析・テレメトリ10. In-app Analytics and Telemetry

Mandalize アプリは、日々の記録本文、メモ、イベント名、ミッション名、相談用テキスト、チャット本文などを、既定で外部の解析サービスへ送信しません。将来的に品質改善のための匿名化された利用状況やクラッシュ情報を扱う場合も、個人の記録本文とは分離して扱います。

The Mandalize app does not send daily record text, notes, Event names, Mission names, consultation text, or chat text to external analytics services by default. If anonymized usage or crash information is used in the future for quality improvement, it will be handled separately from personal record content.

11. データの保持と削除11. Data Retention and Deletion

アプリ内に保存されたデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除した場合、またはアプリをアンインストールした場合に、端末上のアプリデータとして削除されます。

Data stored inside the app is deleted as app data on your device when you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.

ただし、ユーザー自身がバックアップファイルを端末外、クラウドストレージ、他のアプリなどへ保存・共有した場合、そのファイルは保存先の仕様やユーザー操作に従って残る場合があります。外部保存先の保持・削除は、その保存先のサービスや端末機能に従います。

However, if you save or share a backup file outside the app, in cloud storage, or in another app, that file may remain according to that destination's behavior and your actions. Retention and deletion outside the app are controlled by the destination service or device feature.
